The castle "De Ruwenberg" consists of the original medieval entrance with 40 conference and meeting rooms and 196 hotel rooms behind it. The conference center is situated on a 14-hectare estate. This makes the hotel suitable for the pursuit of its core values: tranquility, space and atmosphere. These core values, together with the unique location and Brabant hospitality, make every meeting or stay special.


The 40 meeting rooms vary from 20 to 280 square meters and are suitable for groups from 2 to 450 people. These rooms are divided over 4 separate wings, each with a connecting lounge with its own terrace. In view of the multifunctionality of the conference and meeting rooms, Conference Centre De Ruwenberg is suitable for all kinds of different groups: meetings, small or large gatherings, product presentations, (hybrid) events and congresses. It is also possible to reserve a part of De Ruwenberg exclusively.


With 196 single and double rooms, a stay for all members of large groups is possible. All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and coffee and tea facilities. This allows you to quietly recover from an intensive meeting.


Hotel De Ruwenberg has a large restaurant that can accommodate up to 240 guests. It is also possible to reserve a restaurant room exclusively for 70 breakfast, lunch or dinner guests. In The Blue Bar the congress can then be concluded with a pleasant drink.


In addition, you will find various sports and wellness facilities which you, as a hotel guest, can use free of charge on a daily basis. For example, the hotel has a heated indoor pool, saunas, rain shower and massage parlor. For strenuous relaxation there is a gym, tennis courts, squash court, driving range, putting green, bowling, beach volleyball court, life-size chessboard and table tennis table.


The space on the estate, combined with the facilities available, make the location extremely suitable for more than 40 different teambuilding activities.


De Ruwenberg is located in Sint-Michielsgestel in Brabant, just 5 minutes from Den Bosch. Because of its central location, the meeting location is very attractive for both national and international guests. The hotel is just a few minutes from the A2 motorway, only a 1-hour drive from Schiphol and Düsseldorf airports, 1.5 hours from Antwerp and Brussels, and a 30-minute drive from Eindhoven Airport.
The hotel also offers free standard parking for 250 cars and 6 charging points.

At the interchange Knooppunt Everdingen, keep right and follow signs for A2 / E25 in the direction of 's-Hertogenbosch

Continue on the Bosschebaan / N617
Slight right onto the Hoogstraat 0.6 km 1 min.
Continue onto Sint Michielsstraat 0.3 km 1 min.
Turn right onto Ruwenbergstraat

Train
From the station 's-Hertogenbosch you can take the taxi to the conference center. There is also the possibility to take a train taxi, but please allow for a proper waiting time.

A travel time of approximately 30 minutes applies to both buses. In Sint Michielsgestel you get off at stop Ruwenberg and walk right into Ruwenbergstraat, after about 5 minutes walk you will find De Ruwenberg on your left.
