van Reede Als je De Bilderberg Oosterbeek binnenstapt proef je gelijk een fijne sfeer! Het verblijf beviel prima, goede bedden en heerlijk ontbijt. De conferentie dag was prima verzorgd; koffie, thee, water de hele dag door en de tussendoortjes waren heerlijk. Lunch en diner smaakten goed; kortom, aanrader en wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Loes Over het algemeen zijn wij tevreden, het vergadergedeelte en dergelijke. Qua het diner had iets meer afgestemd kunnen worden, ook zijn een aantal tafels vergeten drank en later koffie te schenken, niet aan tafel geweest om te vragen. Maar het eten was heerlijk verder.

Loes Altijd goed zoals wij gewend zijn. Prettige vlotte communicatie en op het laatste konden wij nog extra wensen doorgeven.

Moniek The lunch and diner was good, hotel rooms a little bit out dated. We where missing one time new beverage.

Anouk Roosenboom Fijne plek om te vergaderen. Schoon, netjes, goede service. Het eten was ook super. Alle stafleden waren beleefd en behulpzaam.

Yvonne Hol Even een terugkoppeling, De lunch was geweldig echt luxe, er kwam iemand minder ze pakte de lunch voor die persoon in een pakket en dat konden ze meenemen voor hem ( ze hebben dit als super service ervaren) Het diner was ook geweldig luxe en erg lekker Dit Hotel is zeker een aanrader Groetjessss

Brigitte Bennink-Teunissen Good Points: - Well organized group/sales department - Very flexible with last minute changes - Professional staff (reception) during day time - Very good fresh breakfast and superb buffet Monday evening - Nice location, easy for Wageningen Improvement points: - Rooms in general very cold - problems with heating and a lot of rooms with open windows - Meeting room nice but not for dinner (Monday evening); - In evening/night not always professional staff (young); bar, reception - If the whole hotel is full bar should have experienced bar staff and snacks (peanuts, Chips) available - Nice fully equipped hotel rooms but old fashioned key system - Check out for group could have been better organized (proforma invoice in room)
