Overseen by an experienced and dedicated team, our meeting and event facilities are wonderfully varied. From company-wide presentations, galas and product launches, to board meetings and private dinners, Hotel Okura Amsterdam is able to provide a solution for any occasion. The entire first floor, which comprises 20 rooms and 4 foyers(2,700m2) can accommodate up to 2,500 guests.

The majority of event rooms are filled with natural light and state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, all complemented by high quality catering, a separate event entrance and a heavy-weight elevator for large items such as cars. At Hotel Okura Amsterdam, the sky’s the limit.

From all directions, follow Ring Amsterdam (A10). Take exit RAI (S109) and follow direction RAI/Centrum (S109) at the traffic lights. Follow the signs direction Amsterdam-Zuid (S109). You drive straight on (passing the RAI Convention Centre on your left hand) and you follow the right lane, into the Scheldestraat. At the traffic lights you drive straight on and after 500 meters Hotel Okura Amsterdam appears at your right hand side.

- By public transport:
From Central Station: take metro 52 (to Zuid),stopping-place De Pijp. Travelling time: +/- 10 minutes.
From Station Amsterdam-Zuid: take metro 52 (to Zuid), stopping-place De Pijp. Travelling time: +/- 10 minutes.
From Amstel Station: take tram 12 (to CentralStation), stopping-place Scheldestraat. Travelling time: +/- 15 minutes.
