Business meetings in a former mission house and monastery
Hidden in the green of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug the conference hotel is situated at a five minute distance from the A28 motorway exit Soesterberg. This unique, historic and sustainable meeting venue consists of the former mission house St. Jan and the convent Cenakel. Authentic elements have been retained in order to maintain a "monastic atmosphere". The modern facilities combined with sustainable entrepreneurship, a creative world cuisine and a welcoming staff will make your event a special experience.

Meetings and (outside) breakout rooms
We have three conference rooms (up to 200 persons) and 22 meeting rooms (from 8 to 80 persons) In good weather our forest garden, with various seating and creative corners, can also serve as breakout room. We offer overnight accommodation in our three star hotel with 131 comfortable rooms.

By car
We advise you to enter the following address into your navigation: Richelleweg 1, 3769 AZ Soesterberg. Your journey ends at the entrance of the property. The conference venue has a large parking lot with over 275 parking spaces. Parking is free of charge.

Coming from the direction Amersfoort: A28 going to Utrecht, exit (afrit) 4 (Soest-Soesterberg), turn right at the end of the exit.
Coming from the direction Utrecht: A28 going to Amersfoort, exit (afrit) 4 (Soest-Soesterberg), turn left at the end.
You are now at the Richelleweg. A 100-150 meters past the second traffic lights the entrance to the property is on the left hand.

By public transport
We advise to travel to Amersfoort station. From trainstation Amersfoort two buses leave twice per hour to the conference venue. The buses with numbers 52 and 56 take up to 11 minutes to transport you to our doorstep at the busstop called Soesterberg Oost.
