You will have an events specialist completely at your disposal to help you plan your event or meeting. We can take care of everything you might need: rooms for your guests, set-up of spaces, catering or anything you have in your mind! Also we can arrange external venues for you. Nothing is impossible for us!

Room Mate Bruno is located in the old warehouse Pakhuis Meesteren within one of the most modern and lively districts of the city: Rotterdam Centrum-South. It is the first design hotel in one of Europe’s most important business hubs, Rotterdam!

In Room Mate Bruno we offer nine meeting rooms from 20 to 280 m2 located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the warehouse, with magnificent 360º views on Rotterdam, as well as a 400 m2 event hall on ground level that features an industrial look and can be adapted to seat 250 people in a theatre style! All of the spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, catering service and the office stationary you may need.

Services: WiFi, paper pens and notebooks, flipchart, 75-inch LCD screen to project your presentations, coffee, tea, water and drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) for welcoming your guests and throughout the event.

Our event spaces are designed by the Italian architect Teresa Sapey so that they can be fitted to any type of event. Also, some of the meeting rooms have terrace which become perfect spaces for breaks and delicious sandwiches prepared with enthusiasm for you and your guests while you enjoy the wonderful views of Rotterdam. Everything between drinks and BBQ; we make it possible!
