Meetingselect Founders in VIVA 400 List
Meetingselect was started 3 years ago by Anouk Roohé and Judith Huisman. Both founders are now selected for the VIVA 400 list, the annual list of the 400 most successfull and inspiring women, with a blink at the Quote 500. The list consists of a divers mix of women in politics, artistic world, business industry and other various disciplines. It covers the following characteristics: business minded, creative, smart, tough, and promising women. Recently, the second edition of the list was presented in Amsterdam, in De Zuidpool. During the festive event (see film) Chief Editor Corinne van Duin handed the first copy to the Dutch Parliamentary State Secretary of Education, Sharon Dijksma.

Recently U-Support organized a brainstorm session in the NH Utrecht Hotel to ensure all details for the U-Support. U-Support is an opportunity for managers to reward their Personal Assistants with a special 'infotainment' event in Utrecht. It is the initiative of Remko Sietsma of Outing Holland and Nelleke Corporaal of Corporaal Commerciële Ondersteuning, in cooperation with the Provincie Utrecht, Utrecht Toerisme & Recreatie and Meetingselect. Meetingselect is a real invention! I got in touch with Meetingselect through my former contact person at one of our preferred hotel suppliers. Normally it takes me a lot of valuable time searching for the right location for a meeting I have to organize. What takes up most of this time, is placing a request at several hotels, waiting and chasing for responses and comparing offers from different locations and also respond to them. Meetingselect does all these steps for me, which enables me to spend time on other responsibilities within my job. Recently, I received feedback from a location within 2 hours that availability could not be offered, which helped me to quickly search for another suitable location. Because the tool is very user friendly and also very complete, efficiency for the meeting planner increases. My profit: within minimal time I am able to deliver an optimal performance!
