Secretary Day is coming closer! That makes that U-Support is in it’s full development.
Gladly we let you know that this special day at the 15th of April will be completed with
a spectacular show. U-Support closes the day with the successful musical ‘JOSEPH
and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ at The Beatrix Theatre in Utrecht;
one of the most special locations of Stage Venues!
Next to this colourful theatre experience filled with action, humour and heart warming
moments, U-Support already has an impressive program for the day, filled with a wide variety
of activities. With this secretary gift you can choose between many workshops, as ‘creative
thinking’, ‘ambition management’, ‘Aikido’, ‘personal
development’ or sushi making. Gifts can be ordered online and the lucky ladies (or
men) can compile their own program online from the 15th of February.

A colleague of mine advised me to contact Meetingselect,
when I had to organise a meeting. She already has experience in working with Meetingselect
and told me that I could receive proposals within 24 hours. Because I was extremely busy,
I decided to sent an e-mail to the reservations

Lounge of De Werelt in Lunteren
| At the moment we are rebuilding and expanding our lounge. In total there
will be 50m2 extend to the lounge. A large part of the ceiling will be heighted to 2,5
meter, because of this change the lounge is more suitable for stands and stages. Combined
with the hall the new lounge will be a multi-functional space for congresses, exhibitions
and markets. The new reception dedicated for our contact persons creates a great and personal
entrance for all the participants. Thanks to the carpet, comfortable chairs and sofa’s,
the atmosphere is warm and welcome. A Lovely place to sit down for a cup of tea, read
the paper or having a little chat with one of your colleagues. The lounge can also be
used for as a lunch and dinner space for smaller groups after the opening which will take
place in the beginning of April 2010. Congrescentrum De Werelt in Lunteren has 15 meeting
rooms up to 600 participants and our hotel has 127 rooms. The location is very centrally
located and has free parking space up to 400 cars. |
