1,5 months ago an international company asked me to organize an event for 3 days for 600 guests in The Netherlands. While working on this project, the client suddenly decided to modify his concept for the party. Change of plans! As a result of this I was forced to look for a different venue. Via the website of High Profile I came across an article on the concept of the Meeting week. After having sent out requests via the website of the Meeting week (which is very clear and user friendly) Meetingselect called me to see if I needed any assistance. What a great tool and wonderful service! Together we took on the challenge. The offers literally rolled in and the venues really co-operated very well. Anything was possible. If one of my preferred venues was not able to offer availability they immediately offered an alternative. Fantastic! The part Meetingselect took care of really saved me precious time! It is desirable that even more venues will join the next edition in this great initiative. I would like to recommend other meeting planners to make use of this unique opportunity!
