Good Points: Very nice coffee breaks, good coffee machines, nice Danone fridges, Dutch cookies, only no nappies Meeting rooms modern, nice sound, nice screens, trendy look and feel, lots of light Many toilets, good looking and very handy Modern bedrooms Good service referring internet (problems) Very flexible with last minute changes Improvement Points: Shuttle Thursday morning not at Schiphol at the mentioned time (time table); people (whole group of ladies) had to wait 45 minutes One room very cold after 4 complaints (+ visits from hotel staff) finally room change at around 1.30 at night! Rooms in general very cold Meeting room cold too but after comments accordingly changed Second day not the same service in meeting room (changing of the water) All food so breakfast (dry industrial bread), lunch (horrible salads) and dinner very poor, not fresh, not good quality; really needs improvement urgently even a la carte food not good (I have not seen invoice yet so no financial feedback yet…)

Great Hotel, had a meeting here the 20th until the 21st of November 2007. We were very happy. The hotel is spacious, the meeting spaces were good and the staff friendly. A small remark would be that the staff at the reception is rather slow. Overall a good experience and the location on 5 minutes from the airport is always good for international meetings.

Great new hotel close to schiphol. Very nice and spacious meeting rooms with high ceilings. Really a recommendation. The staff is extremely friendly and know what service means. What a great food, compliments to the chef! We had a succesfull meeting and we will definately return in November! Thanks to you all.
